Fall Fun
Oh, we love fall. It is so much fun...pumpkins, baking, outside activities, and costumes.
So on Sunday morning we decided to get the pumpkins decorated for this year. Alison decided she did NOT want hers cut into so she decorated hers with crayons instead. She was rather interested in what our pumpkins were like though...

Of course another reason to love fall is the cute Halloween clothes we get to wear. I bought this shirt last year on clearance hoping it would fit this year. It basically does...3/4 length sleeves are fine, right?!
Now this "costume" is intended for our newest stuffed elephant Emma but Alison had to try it on just to make sure it passed inspection. Isn't she scary!!!!!!
We headed to Conner Prairie for the Headless Horseman on Sunday night or should I say we headed to Conner Prairie to experience gail force winds. A very disappointing evening but "now we know". The weather was yucky and the activities are definitely for probably age 5 and up. Alison did great but we didn't even get to do our Haunted Hayride to see the Headless Horseman..they had to close that due to the winds...bummer!!! But here we are playing some musical instruments...

Tonight we baked and decorated some cookies. Chris got me all kinds of holiday cookie cutters for our anniversary this year and this year we did apples, pumpkins, and leaves. Ali loves to help..I think the flour is her favorite part....
Oh wait, I definitely think the icing is her favorite part...here we are decorating or should I say tasting the icing and cookies :)

Stoney Creek Pumpkin Festival
We headed to the Pumpkin Patch on Thursday afternoon. Chris had taken the day off to spend with his leading ladies before he left for N. Dakota for a week. We had a wonderful time. Ali enjoyed every minute and the weather was gorgeous. We went to Stoney Creek Farms in Noblesville. I highly recommend it. Hayrides, petting zoo, food, and playground.
Ali searching through the patch looking for the perfect pumpkin....
and here it is...a little big for her to carry but she still held on like it was gold :) She really enjoyed the hayride too. I didn't know how she'd feel about that.
Playing on the hay mound with Daddy. Took her a few minutes to decided that the texture on her hands was going to be okay.
Daddy makes a scary Sulley!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Mommy's 7 days off
So between Mommy's schedule last week and this week, she had 7 days off....just to spend time with me (isn't that what she is always suppose to be doing?!?). Oh, the things we have done....
Doll house time--I can spend HOURS playing in this..Mommy can attest to this
I had a playdate with friends Abby, Izzy, and Cara---Cara has a pretty good hugging arm
I love the playground
Sticker Mania---thanks Carla and Lindsay for all the stickers on Tuesday
I have been working really hard at pulling up my own pants...I'm great in the front..I even pull them up to my knees, but the back is still a work in progress!
Ta-ta for now!!!
