We saw Dr. Didelot today and got our cast on. Thank heavens it is below the knee, which means she can crawl with ease and as soon as she feels like it, she can walk in it. He said probably 7 days before she feels real comfortable to walk. We keep it on for 3 1/2 weeks and then after x-rays, hopefully it will come off. It is water-proof, which is awesome b/c we can do baths with ease, which she terribly needed tonight :) She did great today. She really has had limited to no pain!!! Thanks for the prayers and support :)

Ok, the cast is really cute;0) Glad she got a good report! Hope the next 3 1/2 weeks fly by and she'll be good as new for a fun filled summer!
Glad to hear she got the cast already, I am amazed that it is waterproof. That is great! Hopefully you these few weeks will fly by for all of you! She looks like she is being such a good little trooper about it. I hope you are feeling okay today!
