We got up and got moving on Saturday morning to get to the zoo. We and along with tons of others but it really didn't seem all that busy once inside. We had the most successful visit to the Plains area...the rhino's, elephants, zebras, and lions were all out and VERY active. It was great! Daddy and Mommy got to enjoy their favorite...Dogs n' Suds for lunch! We ended the day with a playdate with Jordan and Lucy from across the street. By 8pm we were a sweaty, sticky, tired mess! All in all, an awesome day for a 2 year old and her family.

I think this is the only time I have seen the rhino's actually up and walking.
No better way to end the day than a carousel ride...note she is on the elephant....
