A VERY busy day

Yesterday we started our day with a visit to the State Fair. Meme and Papa Wagoner and Gr. Fifi and Gr. Bobby joined us. We had a great time. We got to see lots of animals and eat good fair food. Ali was a trooper the entire time. She even got to pet a baby chicken. FYI, this year's fair food is the cajun corn fritter and they are VERY good!!!! Here we are being the Pinch family. After the fair, it was home and to the pool once the intense daytime heat settled down. Ali just loves the water and loves being at the pool. We are thinking about finding some kind of water class this winter for babies and parents. We think she'd love it. Here's a goofy dad and an adorable little girl.

After a day at the fair and at the pool we were definitely in need of a bath. Here we are about to go in the tub. Chris couldn't resist the picture of this adorable little booty!!! It's suds time!!!!!!!

The Children's Museum

We headed to the Children's Museum today with Gr. Meme Wagoner and cousins Danielle and Gabrielle. We had such a good time. Everybody behaved themselves soooo well. Danielle had already been once this summer, but still enjoyed it a lot. Gabrielle was excited over every part. Ali was quite the little trooper and just went along with everybody.

Here we are in the Preschool zone....lots of fun for Ali and Gabi especially. Danielle used all her muscles and wheeled Ali both up and back down this track.Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, this duck is fun!!!
And we know how much Ali loves water!!
What a great way to spend an extremely hot August day.

Pool fun

Well we finally made it to the pool AND had a happy water-loving girl on our hands. She had a brief stent of not enjoying water very much but thank heavens, that has passed. She really enjoys the water. She loves to splash and kick those legs. The baby pool in our community was just like bath water.

Biter Biscuit anyone??

We were due for a bath on Wednesday night so what better time than to enjoy a biter biscuit. As you can see, they make a royal mess so the next stop is always the tub. She thoroughly enjoyed herself. We are working on the sippy cup. We have to take out the no-spill valve so she can get some water....so everything else around her gets some water too :)

Summer Fun

We had a fun filled weekend. We went home and enjoyed the County Fair on Friday evening. I got to see pigs, goats, sheep, and cows. I loved all the animals. Mom and Dad got to enjoy some fair food as well!! Papa Tom was helping with the auction...the cows kept trying to get him :) Saturday was a relaxing day in at Gr. Fifi and Gr. Bobby's. I had the cutest little sundress on..see.. Then Mom and Dad were off to Mommy's 10 year class reunion. Here is a family pic before they left. I stayed with Gr. Fifi and Gr. Bobby. I was a very good girl.

These are some of Mommy's closest friends from high school. From L-R we have Mommy, Emily, Stacy, Toni, and Megan. It was really nice to catch up and see old friends.
Then on Sunday morning it was up early and out to Meme and Papa Wagoner's house. I had such a fun time with my cousins. We had a cookout and enjoyed the perfect weather.

From L-R we have Izabielle (17 months), Danielle (9yrs), Alison (7 months) and Gabrielle (4yrs). These are my brothers girls. They are so cute and really sweet with Alison.

So after this fun-filled weekend, I was plain pooped out. Thank heavens Mommy has a comfy lap!
